    Joe Harding

    Partner & Co-Founder

    Joe Harding is a Partner and Co-Founder of Slater Harding Partners, LLC, where he oversees the firm's daily operations. His responsibilities include acquisitions, asset management, business operations, and capital raising. Prior to co-founding Slater Harding Partners, Joe worked at Prologis in Los Angeles with a focus on Southern California acquisitions, M&A / Multi-Market acquisitions, and West Coast dispositions. Prologis is the world's largest owner of industrial real estate with over 1 billion square feet of assets worldwide. During his tenure, he was involved in transactions exceeding $26 billion in value and played a key role in the landmark acquisition of Duke Realty in 2022. Prior to Prologis, Joe worked on the Industrial team at Eastdil Secured in Los Angeles. Joe earned his bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

    Conrad Slater is a Partner and Co-Founder of Slater Harding Partners, LLC, where he oversees the firm's daily operations. His responsibilities include acquisitions, asset management, business operations, and capital raising. Prior to co-founding Slater Harding Partners, Conrad was a Vice President at Northwood Investors LLC in Los Angeles where he was responsible for evaluating debt and equity investments for all property types. Immediately prior to Slater Harding Partners, Conrad led Northwood's industrial acquisition efforts across the country. During his tenure at Northwood, he was involved in transactions totaling $2.0 billion in value. Prior to Northwood, Conrad worked for J.P. Morgan Real Estate Americas in New York City, focused on acquisitions and asset management. Conrad earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
